Three men have been charged with drug supply offences following a vehicle being stopped on the A55 at Llanfairpwll on 13 July.

Officers searched the vehicle and discovered a quantity of suspected class B drugs.

The men appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Saturday 8 August.

Guto Liam Jones,23, of Maes Meurig, Gwalchmai, was charged with conspiring to supply ketamine and cannabis and possession of criminal property.

Cai Anthony McGuigan, 21, of Ty Croes, was charged with conspiring to supply cannabis and ketamine.

Christian Robson, 31, of Windle Hall Drive, St Helens, was charged with conspiring to supply cannabis and ketamine.

All three men were remanded in custody to appear at Caernarfon Crown Court on 7 September.

District Inspector Wayne Francis said: “I am committed to combating the threat that ketamine poses to our communities.

“We continue to lead the way in terms of proactive enforcement, as well as educating our young people on the dangers of ketamine.”
