WELSH fabricator Dudley’s Aluminium is investing in the future of the business with the appointment of two talented graduates, Eassa Din and Matthew Witt.
The new recruits reflect the company’s commitment to attracting and developing the next generation of industry talent, while supporting its continued growth and long-term ambitions.
Eassa has joined Dudley’s Aluminium as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, supporting the commercial team with the financial management of projects from start to finish.
Eassa’s role includes assisting with cost management, valuations and subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered within budget and strong client relationships are maintained.
Eassa said: “I’m grateful to join the incredible team at Dudley’s. I’m passionate about playing a part in delivering places that people use every day, and this role is the perfect opportunity to do that.
“I was particularly attracted to joining a specialist business where I can gain hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle, build my confidence, and develop the skills needed to add real value for our clients.”
Swansea University graduate Matthew has joined the team as a Junior Estimator. In his new role Matthew will focus on pricing proposed projects to deliver accurate, commercially competitive tenders that maximise the opportunity to secure new work.
Matthew brings to the role a keen eye for detail and strong analytical ability, as well as practical experience within the construction industry.
Matthew said: “I’m excited to be part of the Dudley’s team. I was drawn to the company because of its strong reputation for quality and innovation, and it’s exciting to be part of a business that’s recognised as a leader in its field.
“I’m looking forward to contributing to the team while continuing to develop my skills and grow professionally.”
Colin Shorney, Managing Director at Dudley’s Aluminium, said: “Eassa and Matthew are both exceptional additions to our team and have already demonstrated the enthusiasm, skills and potential to make a real impact.
“As talented graduates, they represent the next generation of our workforce, and we’re committed to giving them the opportunities and support they need to develop successful careers within the business. Their fresh perspectives, combined with the expertise of our experienced team, will strengthen our capabilities as we continue to grow.
“Eassa and Matthew will play an important role in supporting the business as we build on a strong order book and deliver a number of exciting projects throughout 2026 and beyond.”
