Wales is set to turn cooler over the coming days, with outbreaks of rain and thundery showers in the forecast.
According to the Met Office, today will be rather cloudy with a chance of isolated showers, mainly across northern and western areas.
Most places are expected to remain dry, with some periods of hazy sunshine. It will become breezier and fresher, although temperatures will remain warm for the time of year, reaching a maximum of 23°C.
Conditions will initially stay dry tonight before rain moves in from the west. The rain is expected to be mostly light but will become more showery during the early hours.
Showers should ease towards dawn, while temperatures fall to a minimum of 12°C. It will also feel fresher and less humid than recent nights.
Wednesday will bring the chance of an isolated shower, but most areas should enjoy dry conditions with bright or sunny spells. Temperatures will be around or slightly below the seasonal average, reaching a maximum of 21°C.
Looking further ahead, a northerly wind will develop from Thursday and bring below-average temperatures across Wales.
Thundery showers are forecast for Thursday and Friday, before brighter and drier weather arrives on Saturday.
