Greggs has opened its new shop this week in Cardiff, creating 15 new jobs for the area.
The shop will stock freshly prepared Greggs favourites, including the on-the-go-retailer’s iconic Sausage Roll, the ever-popular Steak Bake, delicious vegan alternatives such as the Vegan Roll (Pork Free), and the all-new Steak & Stilton Bake, now available for customers to enjoy nationwide. Customers can also grab a range of over ice drinks including the brand-new Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Greggs is bringing the heat to lunchtime with a new buffalo-inspired addition. The Buffalo Chicken Baguette is packed with buffalo-style chicken mayonnaise, mature Cheddar cheese and red onion in a freshly baked baguette. Customers can also take advantage of Greggs’ deals throughout the day, including its 3-part Big Deal – a drink, a side and a main – from just £5.25.
Those looking for a bite to eat in the evening can enjoy a range of hot food from crispy Southern Fried Chicken Goujons to Hot Cinnamon Yum Yums, and even a host of tasty pizza slices including the new Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken & Bacon, and Veggie Feast.
Customers looking to skip the queues can get their goodies delivered straight to their door with Just Eat and UberEATS, or alternatively grab a bite on the go through Click + Collect via the Greggs App. The Greggs App gives customers access to a variety of perks and tasty rewards. For every 9 purchases in different categories – from hot drinks, to sandwiches, app users can get one completely free. New users of the Greggs App also receive a free hot drink or iced drink of their choice upon registration, as well as a free sweet treat to celebrate their birthday each year.
The Cardiff shop opens with a modern new look and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The opening hours are:
- Monday – Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 6:30am – 6:00pm
