Not-for-profit organisations, charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs) in Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea can apply for a Digital Inclusion Micro Fund.
The funding is available through ITS’s Social Value commitments, delivered as part of its contract with the Swansea Bay City Deal Digital Infrastructure Programme.
Three awards of £1,300 are available, with one award in each of Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea.
The fund is intended to support local initiatives that tackle digital exclusion and increase digital confidence, skills and access to technology. Example activities include digital skills training, support sessions for digitally excluded people, community-based technology initiatives, or enhancements to existing digital inclusion programmes.
Applications will be assessed on the proposed activity, anticipated impact, deliverability, value for money, and expected outputs and outcomes.
Carmarthenshire is not included in this round because it has already benefited from other ITS social value initiatives. The focus on Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea is intended to support equitable access across the Swansea Bay City Region.
Applications must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 9 October 2026.
