Students in South Wales are set for an unforgettable start to the academic year as St David’s Cardiff has announced the return of the ‘Student Shopper Sweep’ with DJs, freebies and the chance to win £100 every 30 minutes – plus exclusive brand discounts.
Taking place on Thursday, 1st October, the free event will give students the chance to win £100 shopping sprees, discover exclusive offers from over 50 brands and enjoy a packed day of entertainment and activities.
Inspired by the classic show ‘Supermarket Sweep’, some lucky students will get the opportunity to take part in a series of high-energy five-minute shopping sprees, racing around some of St David’s biggest brands to fill their baskets.
Big fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands will be taking part in the Student Shopper Sweep, including Sephora, Zara, JD Sports, Space NK, LEGO, and more.
The student event will take place from 11am-7pm, with a new £100 winner selected every 30 minutes from 12pm onwards, giving students the chance to shop their favourite brands for free.
Plus, students can also bag exclusive discounts with up to 50% off at selected dining and entertainment venues and up to 25% off must-have brands, including Mango, New Look, Krispy Kreme, Ivy Asia, Rituals, and KENJI.
