Cardiff and the rest of Wales is having the first taste of the summer sunshine, and come 5pm, everyone will be flocking to their nearest beer garden to make the most of it.

Unless you’re lucky enough to have an early Friday finish, or make a last ditch attempt to convince your boss to book half day, everyone will be having exactly the same idea; sunshine equals beer garden. Standard.

Don’t fret if you can’t finish early though, we have compiled a list of the hidden beer gardens of Cardiff, so if you do finish 5pm, you’ll be in with half a chance of grabbing a spot in the sun.
