A leading insurance broker is the latest business to show its support for the annual Finance Awards Wales, signing up as one of the category sponsors.

Towergate has been announced as sponsor of the Small Finance Team Award which celebrates outstanding achievement in a team with proven experience of working together to successfully advance the business they represent.

The Finance Awards Wales celebrate the finance professionals of Wales, with 14 categories ranging from CFO of the Year to Rising Star, nominations have been received from across all industries and sectors.

Area Managing Director of Towergate, Gary Stevens, said: “As a business operating in Wales we have seen for ourselves the calibre of the financial offering that is available here so we were very keen to do our bit in supporting this thriving sector.

“Last year’s awards were very well received and we were keen to align the Towergate brand with such a prestigious event. We’re expecting this year’s event to be even bigger and better.”

Matt Hyde of Finance Awards Wales MD said: “We are excited to find new talent in 2019 and expand the Finance Awards Wales family.

“Without sponsors like Towergate, the Awards wouldn’t be the celebration that they are and we’re very grateful to Towergate and all our sponsors for their support.”

The Finance Wales Awards are being held in Cardiff City Hall on Friday 5th April.
