Both Dave Hodges and Dave Vincent not only share the same name, but also the same brilliant work ethic and dedication to the job as they both picked up awards. Hodges was acting Site Manager at Llanmoor’s recently completed development at Gerddi Pentref, Parc Derwen, Coity in Bridgend and Vincent at Bryn Meurig, Llanharry, Rhondda Cynon Taff. Both have had their hard work recognised with the developments being awarded ‘Best High-Volume New Housing Development 2019’ in both regions.

The LABCCymru Building Quality Awards aims to reward high-quality construction and is judged to strict criteria. Companies and site managers are assessed on factors such as their working relationships, project management, innovation and problem solving.

Llanmoor’s developments and Site Managers have won LABC awards year on year and continue their success this year with two new editions to their display cabinet.

Following this, both developments and site managers will now be entered for the South Wales LABC Cymru awards which are to be held at the Vale Hotel in April.

Dave Hodges said: “I’m incredibly proud of both myself and Dave for winning these awards to add to the collection that the Llanmoor team has been building year on year. This award is a huge achievement for not only myself, but for the whole construction team, office staff and directors, without whom it would not have been possible.”

Dave Vincent – LABC Cymru Award Winner

Dave Vincent said: “It is amazing that our company has picked up two awards already for 2019, I’m elated for both myself and Dave. It is set to be a fantastic year for Llanmoor, and it has got off to a great start. Being a part of such a fantastic team makes my job so enjoyable, and I am very proud to have contributed to our companies ever-growing collection of awards.”

Tim Grey, Director of Llanmoor Homes said: “I’m delighted that two of our site managers have been recognised for their contributions to the South Wales construction industry. Both are highly valued members of the Llanmoor team and have always project managed their teams excellently to deliver developments of an impeccable standard.

“We are extremely privileged to have Site Managers of their caliber working across all our developments and are thrilled that they has been able to achieve yet another two awards for the Llanmoor Homes team. We look forward to attending the South Wales LABC awards and hopefully seeing them win the National award.”
