    Depesh Nathwani

Depesh joins the Caerphilly-based insurance brokerage from his previous post in London as Business Development Director and Head of Digital Services at MBA Group.

Moorhouse Group Ltd CEO, Lyndon Wood, said: “Further strengthening our board is key for our planned growth and demonstrates our commitment to progress and customer centricity.”

Depesh said: “I am excited to be working for Moorhouse Group as this is a great opportunity to help expand the business in line with our aspirations and vision of executing our growth strategy. I look forward to taking the company to the next level and well into the future while having support from senior leadership.”

Depesh is well versed in sales and operations having worked in a number of roles for organisations spanning numerous sectors and areas of operations, as well asdeveloping teams of agents and securing large domestic and international deals.

Moorhouse Group Ltd recently invested £1.5 million in state-of-the-art technology and IT infrastructure at its headquarters on the outskirts of Cardiff in a bid to promote business flexibility and to secure its technological future.

Another major benefit is that the newly-placed systems will ensure data is kept safe and protected as well as reducing operational disruption in the event of an outage. Data replication will also ensure any data loss from system failures will be prevented by the new technology.
