Sanderson Weatherall’s specialist caravan and holiday parks team has been appointed to sell the award-winning Park House & Rhos Holiday Home Park in Llandrindod Wells.

Extending to a total site area of just over 2.7acres the park is currently developed with 18 static caravan pitches, which have been informally approved for conversion into lodges. There are also three two-bedroomed chalets and a large four-bedroom 18th century farmhouse that previously operated as a B&B on the site.

The established park has won a number of awards, including the Gold Guest award from Lodging Award, a 5-star rating from the Food Standards Agency. In 2015 the park appeared on, and won, Channel 4’s, ‘Four in a Bed’, a show that pits four sets of owners of B&B businesses against each other.

Occupying an incredibly desirable location, surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of Mid Wales the park is just four miles north of the historic spa town of Llandrindod Wells.

Lee Southan, selling agent and surveyor in Sanderson Weatherall’s specialist caravan and holiday park team commented, “In recent years the owners have made substantial investment into the park by significantly updating the house and onsite facilities. During 2017 we are advised that the park generated a turnover just short of £50,000 so offers potential purchasers a significant return on their investment.”

Guide price for the property is £775,000 and the park and house can be split and sold separately if required, for further information click here you can contact Lee on 01884 256 741 or at [email protected].
