The Ivy Collection is delighted to announce the re-opening of The Ivy Cardiff on Monday, 3 August.

Offering the ultimate dining experience across two beautiful floors, diners can look forward to a host of exciting, creative cocktails including the Dragon’s Fire and Bae Caerdydd as well as a selection of delicious dishes once more, all set against a backdrop of tranquil surroundings, vibrant fabrics and greenery.

Whilst service will remain a priority, the restaurant will be implementing the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring both guests and employees will be dining and working in confidence and in a safe environment. Measures will include thermal cameras for temperature checks, the use of tracking software for all employees logging daily temperature readings over a seven-day rolling period, and professional deep cleaning and disinfecting on a daily basis. Dedicated members of staff have also been appointed to ensure that health and safety is at its highest standard on an on-going basis.

These are a few of the measures that have been implemented but more detailed information will be published prior to opening. The restaurant’s concern is not only to give guests and staff the most positive of experiences, but also to ensure that Health and Safety is paramount.

Matt Glister, General Manager of The Ivy Cardiff says: “I myself and all of the staff are extremely excited to be opening once again on Monday, 3 August. We can’t wait to welcome back our regular guests and members of the community who we have greatly missed over the last few months. The team are also looking forward to being united again on the restaurant floor and in the kitchen, whilst maintaining a safe distance at all times.”

The Ivy Cardiff will be participating in the governments “Eat Out to Help Out” scheme; for further details please visit our website.
