Welsh housebuilder, Llanmoor Homes, are delighted to announce its brand-new development, Rossers Field in Govilon, Monmouthshire.

Located just off the A465 Heads of the Valleys Road, Rossers Field  will be home to a selection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and is situated in a semi-rural location; offering the perfect setting for both country pursuits and modern living.

Under the recently approved plans, 51 homes are to be constructed on site, including 17 categorised as Affordable housing.

Tim Grey, Sales Director of Llanmoor Homes said: ‘I am extremely excited at the prospect of our bringing our multi award winning brand new homes to Abergavenny in the very near future. This will be our very first development in Monmouthshire and it is already attracting high levels of interest, even before we have made full details available to potential buyers.’

‘We are convinced that the quality of our homes and the rural setting, allows us to offer an exceptional product – all of which will be in-keeping with the surrounding area.’

The development is planned to include a mix of the company’s most popular and spacious house types and will see the introduction of  4 brand new three and four bedroom detached house designs for the first time – before their introduction across other coming soon Llanmoor developments.

The Llanmoor Homes’ design team have built a reputation for being up to date with all the latest trends for contemporary living, providing generous and social living spaces in each property. Each home will be of high build quality and offer exceptional levels of specification throughout. Llanmoor have a proven track record in designing and building high quality homes which make a positive contribution to the character and appearance of the surrounding area. To reflect local distinctiveness the homes will be constructed with a limited palette of building materials of either rough cast render and recon stone and simple architectural detail.

The first phase of building work in Govilon is scheduled to commence during  September 2020, and it is anticipated that the first of the homes will be released for sale later this year with a view to first occupations during Spring 2021.
