The first quarter of 2023 saw the take up of industrial property over 50,000 sq ft in Wales bounce back from a subdued previous three months, with transactions totalling 412,000 sq ft over six  deals according to new research from global property consultancy Knight Frank. The level of activity was four times more than during Q4 2022 and almost 100,000 sq ft more than the same period last year. The rising cost of living is killing terminally ill patients early according to the end of life charity, Marie Curie. A survey of its front-line staff, including Healthcare Assistants, Registered Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers and others who support terminally ill people in their own homes, has revealed the level of financial hardship facing patients at the end of their lives. Residents can have their say on new speed limit arrangements on roads identified as part of a Welsh Government scheme in the county. The Welsh Government passed a legislation in July 2022 that will see the speed limit on residential, built-up streets reduced from 30mph to 20mph throughout Wales. This will come into force in September this year. There are no roads with restricted status in Ceredigion, therefore the change is being introduced through the Traffic Regulation Order process. FinTech Wales, in partnership with training provider iungo Solutions, has recorded an 81% success rate from individuals who attended their ten-week Coding or Data Academies.
