Two brothers have been fined £1000 each for failing to comply with an enforcement notice issued by Pembrokeshire County Council’s Planning Department. Ryan and Declan Cole of Clifton Villa, Clynderwen, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 9th.
