HM Coastguard requested the launch of the station’s D class inshore lifeboat (ILB) to a kitesurfer who had entered the water at Watchtower Bay and was being pulled along the coastline towards Jackson’s Bay, between Nell’s Point and Friars Point. Big-hearted hotel staff have set off on a gruelling 200-mile trek for a colleague with incurable cancer who inspired their £10,000 charity challenge. New research from eBay, the UK’s number one online marketplace for vehicle parts and accessories, reveals that four-in-five (81%) drivers are reluctant to buy a vehicle with high mileage. The number of new homes coming onto the housing market in Wales rose again during March, according to the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Residential Market Survey, but buyers remain cautious amid rising borrowing costs and wider geopolitical uncertainty.
