The Minister for Education and Welsh Language will today provide a preview of the actions which are part of the Welsh Government’s plans to safeguard communities where Welsh is the main language and where there are large numbers of second homes. The interventions include encouraging homeowners to give local people a fair chance when selling their property. Thousands of expertly crafted sunflowers are on display at Cardiff Castle for an important cause. Forever Flowers, an award-winning ‘in memory’ campaign organised by City Hospice, returned to the castle on Saturday (July 30). An appeal has gone out to families with children with additional needs from across North Wales to come forward as secret shoppers to road test events and attractions to rate them for inclusivity.
