A TALENTED musician who launched a creative business in lockdown is shooting for start-up success.  Rob Grey is making waves with his new venture, Rad Stuff Photo Video. Parents, pupils, teachers and the wider community will be asked for their views on plans to continue to grow the number of Welsh speaking young people in Swansea. Swansea Council aims to increase provision for Welsh-medium education in the city including for pre-school children and for post 16 study for both academic and vocational courses. Plans to deliver new modern primary schools and educational facilities in the Cornelly area have moved a step closer following Cabinet approval for the transfer of land owned by the authority and Valleys To Coast Housing (V2C). Under the proposals, the council will purchase V2C land at Plas Morlais and will use it to build a new English-medium school. Bridgend Ravens RFC will swap line-outs for litter-picking after they joined up with Bridgend County Borough Council to promote cleaner streets and recycling. Advertisement boards will be installed at the club’s ground, the Timbuild Brewery Field, after the Ravens threw their support behind the local authority’s ‘Love It, Don’t Trash It’ project and WRAP Cymru’s ‘Be Mighty’ campaign.
