Detectives investigating the death of 49-year-old Richard Andrews have today confirmed a murder investigation has been launched. Mr Andrews, who was from the Melyn area of Neath, was reported missing to South Wales Police in January 2018, although the last confirmed sighting of him alive was Saturday 16thSeptember 2017. His body was discovered by a member of the public on Saturday 29th September 2018 on the banks of the River Neath. The National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth is to purchase a collection of original and iconic cartoons by illustrator Mal Humphreys (Mumph).
