At approximately 15:05 hrs on Tuesday 18th June 2019 a Serious Personal Injury Road Traffic Collision occurred on Bishopston Road Ely Cardiff. A Blue Ford Focus was in collision with Black & orange KTM motorcycle, which was being ridden by an 18 year old local man. The rider suffered life threatening injuries as a result of the collision and is currently at the University of Wales Hospital Cardiff. The driver of the Ford Focus was uninjured in the collision. A North Wales company has been shortlisted for a prestigious world industry award for its innovative biogas plant. Ekogea is in the running for the Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Industry Awards ‘Best Biogas Plant below 1MWe’. Work has commenced on South Wales’ only comprehensive scaffolding training facility. Led by the Construction Wales Innovation Centre (CWIC) in partnership with Construction Industry Training Board Wales (CITB), the new centre will be located at a purpose developed facility on Fabian Way in Swansea Bay.
