South Wales Police is appealing for information to help find a 14-year-old boy who has been reported missing from Cardiff. Kordell was last seen at around 9.10pm on Friday, May 15, on Machen Place in Riverside, Cardiff. He was last seen wearing black cargo trousers, a pink top, a thin grey jacket and a black coat. Police say Kordell has links to the Bridgend, Cardiff and Ebbw Vale areas. Cardiff Council has revealed that more than 600 illegal off road bikes, e-scooters and other mechanically propelled vehicles have been seized and recycled across the city since last summer. The latest enforcement operation, carried out by the council’s Off Road Bike Enforcement team and City Centre Wardens alongside South Wales Police, resulted in 21 illegal vehicles being seized.
