House music tastemaker Chris Stussy will kick off this summer’s season of live music and gigs at Cardiff Castle with a very special dance party.

The Dutch superstar will head to the city on Saturday June 6 for the first show of this year’s TK Maxx presents DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle. More acts for the night will be announced soon.

The show will mark a return to the Welsh capital for the DJ, who played alongside Cardiff house icon Jamie Jones last summer.

Chris Stussy has firmly established himself as a tastemaker, selector, producer and label boss at the forefront of the scene, with his own sound pushing house music forward. His label Up The Stuss is now in its sixth year as a vinyl and digital platform for Chris and his peers to release forward-thinking, timeless club-focused productions.

As a DJ, Chris draws from a wide range of influences, transitioning effortlessly from intimate clubs to major festivals, plus standout shows at Warehouse Project, KOKO, Club Space, and beyond. His rise as an Ibiza favourite is underscored by performances at DC10, Hï, and Amnesia for events like Circoloco, Paradise, Solid Grooves and The Martinez Brothers.

Last year Chris launched USS – his own events series, with a sold-out show at London’s iconic Roundhouse, and for 2026 he has already announced his biggest UK show to date at Alexandra Palace. USS events create an immersive experience which place music at the forefront, removing distractions to allow attendees to experience music in a pure and focused way.

As he continues to push boundaries, Chris Stussy remains one of the most dynamic, influential and essential figures in the global house scene today.

Chris Stussy joins Empire of the Sun, Hollywood Vampires, Self Esteem, Jimmy Eat World, Bowling For Soup, Katy Perry, Garbage and Skunk Anansie, Richard Ashcroft, Sex Pistols, MIKA, Two Door Cinema Club and Ethel Cain among the headline announcements already revealed for TK Maxx presents DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle 2026 which is presented by promoters DEPOT Live and Cuffe and Taylor.

Nick Saunders from DEPOT Live said: “Chris Stussy is currently at the pinnacle of house music. We’re thrilled to welcome him back to the Castle this June, alongside some very special guests.”
