But there was more than meets the eye to this 70 year-old man from Merthyr Tydfil, as officers found out when they stopped him. A 70-year-old man from Merthyr Tydfil has been jailed for dealing heroin. A landlord has been sentenced for a ‘flagrant disregard of the law’ relating to a property that was rented out in City Road, Cardiff. Mohammed Abdul KowsorChoudhury, from Cyncoed, Cardiff, and his company, Pine Best Ltd, were fined a total of £54,000, with a further £10,000 in costs, when the case was heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on Monday (June 16).
