North Wales businesses can now access professional training and work-based learning services at Busnes@LlandrilloMenai’s new offices at Parc Menai, Bangor.

It’s the first time that Busnes@LlandrilloMenai, the business branch of Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, has had a dedicated business hub based alongside the business community in Bangor.

Paul Bevan, Busnes@LlandrilloMenai Executive Director – Commercial Development, explains:

“This new site gives us the opportunity to develop even more courses and support for businesses. Being at Parc Menai puts us at the heart of the business community. Its location close to the A55 and other routes makes it convenient for businesses from further afield but most importantly we can now offer our business clients an exclusive space to deliver training, support our apprentices and students as well as meet with businesses to discuss their requirements.

“Busnes@LlandrilloMenai delivers professional and accredited training, apprenticeships and other work-based learning qualifications. As well as professional training, the new location will be a hub for supporting apprentices.”

Rhianwen Edwards, Director of Commercial and Work-based Learning added:

“The new centre will provide us with a designated space to teach and meet with our work-based learners and apprentices. Many of our learners attend classes for the theory and knowledge aspects of their programmes, and Parc Menai provides dedicated and purposely designed areas for that face-to-face contact between learners and their tutors in a fantastic location.”

During the pandemic a great deal of training was delivered online by experienced tutors and lecturers and Busnes@LlandrilloMenai will be continuing to work with clients to deliver training in a flexible and convenient manner whether online or in person.
