Cardiff based commercial law firm Darwin Gray has joined forces with specialist insolvency lawyers Morgan Rostron, with Mark Rostron and Dennis Morgan joining the firm.

The new additions mean that Darwin Gray’s partnership has grown to nine partners, with Dennis joining as a consultant specialising in insolvency.

Darwin Gray’s team has grown by more than twenty percent in the last six months, with new members at all levels and expertise from new paralegals and trainees to experienced lawyers and partners. The firm’s insolvency know-how will strengthen with the combined 40 years plus of experience that Mark and Dennis bring.

New Partner Mark Rostron said: “Dennis and I are delighted to join Darwin Gray at what is an exciting time of growth for the firm. We’re looking forward to being part of the team, sharing and collaborating to deliver the best service to our clients.”

Stephen Thompson, Managing Partner said: “We are excited about this new chapter for Darwin Gray and the added experience and value that our team members, at all levels, will bring for the benefit of our clients. We are looking forward to what the future holds as we continue to grow as a firm.”
