Running from 2pm-7pm, the launch will double up as an open day where anyone can go and train for free. There will be free taster sessions in weightlifting, powerlifting, pilates, and a charity fundraising CrossFit WOD taken by Wonder Woman cast member and CrossFit athlete, Hari James. There will be a range of nutritional and workout advice from Become Nutrition and PB Performance’s coaching team, with more to be announced. Plus, gym-goers will be able to enjoy a delicious selection of canapes and meals from Cardiff-based street-food vendor, Queen Pepiada.

PB Performance is a high-end gym with state-of-the-art equipment from Rogue, Eleiko, Watson and Kustom Kit, plus the gym also houses a cardio platform ensuring that there is something for everyone. Strongman, weightlifting, CrossFit, pilates and yoga classes will be offered from beginner to elite level making PB Performance the perfect place to start any fitness journey. PB Performance has an expert team of coaches who are all able to tailor gym regimes to specifically match fitness goals.

Pelin Baykal and Lawrence Farncombe, owners of PB Performance, explain:

“We have created PB Performance so that all members can enjoy weightlifting, powerlifting and CrossFit. These are the foundations of fitness and they carry over to into other sports. The aim of PB Performance is to raise the quality of training and coaching available to both elite athletes and beginners, whilst also inspiring each other.

“Our focus is to cater to any fitness goals whether you’re a complete beginning or an elite athlete. Whatever your goal, PB Performance will be there throughout to help you unleash the best version of yourself.”
