Families in South Wales are in for a treat this spring as CBeebies House Party Live! heads to Newport as part of its brand new UK tour.
The hugely popular children’s show will stop at The Riverfront on 30 May 2026, bringing a high-energy live experience packed with music, games and familiar faces from CBeebies.
Back by popular demand, the tour promises to be “bigger, brighter and more exciting than ever”, with a rotating lineup of well-known presenters and characters. Audiences can expect appearances from stars including Andy Day, Phil Gallagher, George Webster, Evie Pickerill, Nigel Clarke, Rebecca Keatley, Rhys Stephenson and Hey Duggee, alongside many more.
Designed especially for young children, the show combines songs, dancing, interactive games and colourful on-stage moments to create a lively party atmosphere for the whole family.
CBeebies legend and star of Andy’s Dino Island, Andy Day, can’t wait for his latest adventure and says: “It’s gonna be ROARSOME! Imagine the CBeebies House has been transported to stage, but with loads more party music, songs to rock out to and exciting games to play! Your cheeks will ache from smiling so much! So bring your best dancing feet along to the coolest party EVER!!”
The production has been created especially for younger audiences and is written and directed by Justin Fletcher, one of the most recognisable faces on the channel. It is brought to life by the same team behind CBeebies House and CBeebies Bedtime Stories.
Inclusivity is a key part of the show, with every performance featuring a BSL interpreter to ensure as many families as possible can enjoy the experience together.
Lesley Bailey, Head of Franchise Brands BBC Content said: “CBeebies House Party Live! is all about bringing families together through shared moments of joy and laughter, creating special memories. We can’t wait to take this fun filled, inclusive celebration to theatres across the UK so even more families can join the party.”
Alongside Newport, the tour will also visit cities including Derby, York and Salford, with more dates expected to be announced.
Tickets went on sale from 2 April, with families encouraged to check with venues for availability and booking details.
