Cornerstone Finance Group has opened a new, larger office in Cardiff as part of its growth plans to further expand the business across the UK.

The move to the new 3,500 sq ft premises in Cardiff Gate Business Park comes after the business has seen substantial growth during the past three years. Since its launch in 2016, the Group has expanded its offering – launching four new brands, whilst broadening its client-base and increasing its employee headcount by approximately 50 per cent. The office will now act as a central hub, bringing together all Cornerstone businesses, as well as the company’s wealth management partner, Imperial Chartered.

The office, which have been specifically designed, will now house all 30 staff, and allow for planned future growth. With turnover for 2022 expected to reach £4m, the Group has come a long way since its establishment in 2016.

Michael Wayman, Chief Executive Officer at Cornerstone Finance Group, explains:

“These past few years have been like no other and our teams have continued to work hard to deliver on our ambitious growth strategy.

“Bringing us all together, under one roof, is a pivotal point in the direction of the business and will now allow us all to benefit from increased collaboration – helping us to continue to provide unrivalled advice to our clients.”

The office provides an increased floor space of 40 per cent, as well as a dedicated suite of meeting rooms. It will also be the central hub for the recently launched Cornerstone Network, which now has more than 30 independent, appointed representatives providing dedicated mortgage advice.

Haydn Thomas, Chief Commercial Officer at Cornerstone Finance Group, added:

“The move to the new office strengthens our capabilities in providing a holistic service to our clients.

“We are delighted that it will enable our colleagues to benefit from increased collaboration in a modern purpose-fit, modern building.”
