A brand new food festival celebrating some of Wales’ best independent restaurants, street food traders and producers is set to take over Cardiff’s Bute Park this weekend.
Feast On Cardiff will make its Welsh debut from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31, bringing together a packed line-up of food, drink, live music and chef demonstrations in one of the capital’s most iconic outdoor spaces.
Founded in Bristol in 2024, Feast On has quickly grown into one of the South West’s leading independent food festivals and is now expanding into Wales for the first time.
Visitors can expect everything from destination dining and cult street food to live-fire cooking, wine tastings, sustainability talks and family entertainment throughout the three-day event.
Leading the first wave of confirmed traders are popular names including Pasture, Bodega, Pasta a Mano, Bao Selecta and Cardiff street food favourite Mr Croquewich.
Other traders joining the line-up include Chantico, The Dough Thrower, Tân, Wok Hei and Meating Point UK.
The festival will also host talks and live cooking demos featuring some of Wales’ best-known chefs and food personalities, including Owen Morgan, James Sommerin, Anand George and Tudor Barber.
Organisers say the festival is designed to showcase Cardiff’s thriving independent food scene while also bringing together standout producers and traders from across Wales and beyond.
As well as food and drink, visitors can enjoy live music, cookery school sessions, open-fire cooking displays, wine tasting experiences and sustainability discussions across the weekend.
Tickets for Feast On Cardiff are available now via the festival’s official website.
