Buyers can now reserve homes at independent housebuilder Dandara’s new Cardiff development, Sant Silian, in the Old St Mellons area of Cardiff.

Part of a wider development that includes a local school, allotments and a park, Sant Silian is a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, ready to move into this autumn.

Tracey Gallacher-Thresh, Sales and Marketing Director at Dandara Wales & West commented: “It’s fantastic that we are finally able to release the first homes at Sant Silian for sale off plan – there’s been a lot of excitement from buyers and numerous early bird reservations, showcasing an increased demand for living closer to the city without missing out on beautiful countryside views.

“The launch at our nearby Parc Jiwbili development in Rogerstone will allow potential buyers to secure a home that is right for them and may give them a say on some of the final fixtures. Offering a brilliant sense of community with excellent transport links and the great outdoors right on its doorstep, we can’t wait to introduce Sant Silian to those searching for their new dream home.”

With a fast and easy commute to Bristol, Sant Silian is located close to Pentwyn Link Road which provides direct access to the M4 motorway and into central Cardiff. Nearby the development is also Cardiff Gate Retail Park which includes a supermarket, gym, various home stores and a selection of cafes and restaurants.

Homebuyers can enjoy the beautiful Welsh countryside near the site including the nearby Rhymney Trail with plentiful green space and fresh air. Families will benefit from the brand new school being built on site, which is due to open in September 2023

The two-bedroom Aber house type starts from £299,995 and can be purchased using the Help to Buy Wales Scheme.* Three-bedroom homes also available to reserve including The Lynfi from £374,995 and The Ogmore from £394,995, as well as the four- bedroom Thaw townhouse from £389,995 and detached four bedroom Ebbw from £469,995.
