Previously owned by Mrs Sneh Patel of Sabretown Properties Limited for over 30 years, the property was previously rented out to Budgens Supermarket. Having taken the decision to sell in order to pursue retirement, Mrs Patel comments, “We would like to thank Jonathan for selling the store for us, there have been many hurdles along the way and with the process, although everybody got the best result in the end. I would also like to wish Janice Bell of the New Life Christian Centre all the best for their future plans and hope they have many happy years there.”
The vacant property has been acquired by The Cornerstone Works, a Christian Charity in the West Midlands, who will be leasing the site to New Life Christian Centre Cardigan. New Life Christian Centre Cardigan will be restructuring the property and introducing a food bank and cinema room to serve the community.
