    A wide range of activities will be taking place across Caerphilly County Borough this Easter, giving children and families plenty of opportunities to stay active, have fun and try something new over the school holidays.

    Delivered by Leisure Lifestyle, Sport Caerphilly, Caerphilly Play and Caerphilly Adventures, the programme includes swimming, sports camps, outdoor adventure and inclusive play sessions.

    Leisure Lifestyle will be offering a range of swimming activities for families to enjoy this Easter, with inflatable sessions, family fun swims and extended holiday timetables across all leisure centres.

    Crash course swimming lessons will also be available at Caerphilly Leisure Centre and Newbridge Leisure Centre, helping children build confidence and develop key skills in the water.

    Sport Caerphilly will be delivering a mix of football and multi-sport activities for young people this Easter.
    Football Camps at Centre for Sporting Excellence – £13.90 per day (9am–3pm) | Ages 7–12
    31st March (girls only), 1st & 2nd April, 7th & 8th April, 9th April (girls only)

    Caerphilly Play will be bringing fun, free and inclusive play opportunities for children and families to enjoy together this Easter.

    Disability Play Session at Centre for Skills & Learning, Pontllanfraith – Free | Ages 4-17
    Thursday 2nd April 10am–12pm

    Pop Up Play Session – Centre for Skills and Learning, Pontllanfraith Free | Ages 4-12
    Thursday 2nd April 1pm–2.30pm
    No booking required, just turn up.

    Play in the Park – Free (11am-2pm) | All ages

    • Monday 30th March – Bargoed Park
    • Tuesday 31st March – Senghenydd Park
    • Wednesday 1st April – Waunfawr Park

    Caerphilly Adventures will be providing a range of indoor and outdoor experiences for families to enjoy.

    Climbing Wall Sessions at Centre for Skills & Learning – £8.25 per person | Ages 7+
    Multiple time slots available across Tuesday 31st March, Tuesday 7th April, Friday 10th April

    Junior Adventure Days in Cwmcarn Forest – £34.60 per day (9am–3pm) | Ages 7-12:
    Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th April
    Activities include bushcraft, adventure walks, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding
