Email, chat, video calls, files and a well organised calendar are the foundation of how we work nowadays. Google Workspace encapsulates all these productivity tools and many more to help you stay on top of what’s important. From entrepreneurs to small businesses or large enterprises, a paid Google Workspace account combines a suite of integrated applications that work in perfect sync for a digital workplace.

But different businesses have different digital needs as well. Starting from storage capacity, number of employees, management or your business’s cloud-readiness stage, your Google Workspace costs will differ as well. Let’s take a look at the costs for business subscriptions and help you choose the right package for your organisation’s needs.

Google Workspace for Business – how much does it cost?

Once you have decided to migrate to Google’s ecosystem of productivity apps, you have to select the subscription that most appropriately accommodates your company’s needs. Starting from 100 concurrent participants in a Google Meet call with 30 GB of cloud storage per user and going until 500 participants and unlimited cloud storage, find how much are Google Workspace prices.

You can choose your Google Workspace pricing plan from the most basic subscription – Business Starter – and work your way up to Business Standard, Business Plus or the Enterprise editions.

    • Business Starter licences are 4,68 EUR / month, net per user, if you are to sign up for Google Workspace with FOTC. Under this subscription you get custom and secure business email, 100 participants in video calls, 30 GB storage in cloud and access to security, management controls and standard support with cloud engineers.
    • Business Standard licences, the next upgrade after the Starter plan, are 9,36 EUR / month, net per user. This subscription will allow your organisation to have 150 concurrent users during a video call, recording options for these Google Meet meetings, upgrade to 2 TB cloud storage per user, alongside all the previous controls and support.
    • Business Plus is the next upgrade, costing at 15,6 EUR / month, net per user. By choosing this enhanced business subscription, you get access to data collection and storage in Vault, an upgrade to 500 participants in video calls, 5 TB cloud storage per user, while also advanced access point management and basic support.
    • The following upgrade fits in the Enterprise plan, with Gmail mailboxes with the company’s own domain, eDiscovery, retention, S/MIME encryption, extended controls and recording options for video meetings, as much storage as needed and advanced security, management, and compliance controls. If you want to know how much is Google Workspace Enterprise edition, contact FOTC’s sales team for a personalised offer.

Take your first steps in the cloud with a Google Premium Partner

Explore your options, evaluate your company’s needs and sign on for taking your first steps towards a digital first company. Decide whether a flexible plan for an indefinite period is what your organisation needs or choose a fixed-term contract between 1 to 3 years, with annual or monthly billing and an expandable number of licences.

Whether you are just starting to migrate your business into the cloud or are thinking of a Google Workspace update, take into consideration working with a Google Premium Partner. FOTC will help you comfortably run your business’s key functions while giving you all the support, training and free 30 days trial to test the platform out.
