    How to keep the family entertained in Caerphilly this summer

    A variety of activities are planned for the School Summer Holidays to keep children and families entertained across Caerphilly County Borough.

    This summer, Caerphilly Council are offering a range of activities including play, recreational and sport and leisure. Families can look forward to free swimming sessions, adventure days, storytelling, sports camps and more. These activities are being run by a variety of organisations including: Leisure Lifestyle, Sport Caerphilly, Caerphilly Adventures, Libraries, Adult Community Learning and Caerphilly Early Years Service.

    Leisure Lifestyle

    • Swimming Crash Course available at Newbridge, Heolddu, and Caerphilly Leisure Centres.
    • Free Under 16 Swimming Sessions available at Caerphilly, Risca, Newbridge, Bedwas, Heolddu and Cefn Fforest Leisure Centres.

    Sport Caerphilly

    • Athletics Camp
    • Football Camp
    • Disability Sport Scheme
    • Summer Sport Scheme

    All to be booked via the Leisure Lifestyle App.

    The Summer Reading Challenge is here! Collect special stickers and rewards for reading. Head to your local library or join online.
