Business Butler has partnered with Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid to host Business Mindset, on 12 May 2022 at Cornerstone, Cardiff.

Headlined by international motivational speaker Jim Steele, the conference will include workshops, networking and entertainment throughout the day, all focused on business mindset and how it can be used to drive business growth.

Sponsored by KAI, the conference is the first event of its kind held by Swansea-based Business Butler, a web-based business matching platform connecting small business users with vetted and appropriate business experts from their local area. It is also their first joint enterprise with the Chamber.

Jim Steele will lead business mindset workshops throughout the day and will also demonstrate how KAI are using AI to reveal the hidden human insights behind any communication, before compere Carl Morgan takes to the stage to host the evening of entertainment and Mark Williams performs his one man show Mind Games.

Bhupinder Sidhu, Founder and CEO at Business Butler, said: “We’re so pleased to be hosting our first conference in partnership with the Chamber, especially with the incredible Penarth-based Jim Steele joining us for the day. Now that we can return to meeting business owners face to face, we see this event as the ideal opportunity to provide support in challenging times.”

Sarah Smith, Director of Marketing & Events at Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid said, “We are pleased to be collaborating with Business Butler to bring together businesses, in person, for this dynamic event. The workshops aim to give business leaders motivation to tackle the challenges facing them and understand their currently levels of happiness and how this drives success.”

Jim Steele, who’s headlining the event, said: “One of the challenges when talking on topics like performing under pressure, managing stress, or building a resilient mindset is establishing context: what’s the motivation to spend time thinking about how we think? Our resilience has certainly been tested over the last couple of years and as we move forward our mindset will always be a major factor in how we lean into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, which I’ll address throughout the day.”

Business Mindset takes place on 12 May 2022, 2-10pm at Cornerstone Cardiff. Tickets cost £50 and can be booked here: https://www.businessbutleruk.com/mindset-event-jim-steele
