Jewson Cardiff has launched its new-look branch with a week filled with special offers, games, free food, sporting challenges and supplier demos.
More than 250 customers headed to the branch on East Moors Road during the week-long celebration to mark the relaunch, where free food and drink was served, along with hog roasts from local caterers HogFather.
Suppliers included Dulux, Phillips Screws, British Gypsum, C-T1, Toolbank, Talasey, Hanson Cement, Marshalls, Recticel, Isover,Bsw Timber, Sika, Projoint, Tuff Stuff, Wavin and West Frazer.
Every customer was automatically entered into a daily prize draw when they made a purchase and prizes included power tools, golf trips, Amazon vouchers and a wheelbarrow full of beer.
The branch has had a full refurbishment, now stocking thousands of extra products and materials, so builders and tradespeople can find everything they need for their projects in one place, with drive-through loading, an expanded brick range and drainage range, a brew station and a bathroom showroom.
Richard Roberts, Branch Manager of Jewson Cardiff, said: “It was great to see so many new customers and familiar faces over the course of the week. We certainly had the weather for it and the sun was shining while people enjoyed some delicious food and took part in games like golf, darts and spin to win. We gave away some fantastic prizes and showed people around the new-look branch, where they benefitted from some exclusive discounts on our expanded product range.”
