    Last chance to apply for Tramshed Tech’s Winter 2022 Startup Academy

    The Startup Academy has supported over 60 young companies in the past 12 months and is now open for a new round of exciting entrepreneurs and start-ups.

    The free 12-week bi-annual programme is designed to support early-stage start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs in tech, digital and creative industries. The academy provides sequential learning designed to accelerate business growth over a 12-week period, and the next starts 10th November 2022 with registration closing today, Friday 21st October.

    • Week 1: Idea Generation
    • Week 2: Storytelling for Start-ups
    • Week 3: Listening to Users & Product Market Fit
    • Week 4: Building MVP & Launching Again and Again
    • Week 5: Investor Readiness
    • Week 6: KPI’s Business Planning & Funding Options
    • Week 7: Brand, Values, Culture & Sales
    • Week 8: Marketing
    • Week 9: Finance & Forecasting
    • Week 10: Building a Tech Startup
    • Week 11 & 12: Getting Pitch Perfect & Demo Day

    The academy consists of 2 hours of content and 1 hour of peer-to-peer sessions per week with optional 1:1 sessions with speakers and further mentorship. Throughout the programme, the cohort also gain an opportunity to tap into Tramshed Tech’s network of entrepreneurs, scaling businesses, strategic partners, mentors and investors.

    Week 12 results in ‘Demo Day’ which provides the cohort with an opportunity to pitch to a panel of experts, potential partners, investors and mentors. Following Demo Day, a number of start-ups are awarded a package of ongoing support from Tramshed Tech and their network of strategic partners across the UK.

    Following the academy, alumni can access an exclusive Tramshed Tech membership package to include discounted rates and ongoing business support that can be used across Tramshed Tech locations in Cardiff, Newport or Barry.
