Run annually, Redrow’s Sales Consultant of the Year Award recognises Sales Consultants for their hard work and dedication to hitting and exceeding the company’s sales targets and customer service standards.

Awarded to an employee within each of Redrow’s divisions, the prestigious award considers the consultants performance against their targets in areas such as sales, revenue targets, and conversion of leads to sales. From a customer service perspective, the award criteria also focusses on mystery shopper scores and overall buyer feedback.

This year, Amanda Canning, who is currently based at Redrow’s Tinkinswood Green development in St Nicholas, Vale of Glamorgan, has been chosen for the award following her successful year of exceptional service to customers, and dedication to the job.

A Redrow employee for seventeen years, Amanda has worked on developments across South Wales, stretching from Swansea to Newport.

On her selection for the awards, Amanda commented:

“It’s been a huge honour to win this award for a job that I love doing. I work for a wonderful company within a great team, selling beautiful homes to lovely clients, whilst helping to build new communities.”

Sian Smith, Area Sales Manager, added:

“Being able to recognise the effort and dedication of employees across our developments is a real pleasure. As a National company, the personal touch that our Sales Consultants add to their development does not go unnoticed and the customer feedback we receive deserves to be rewarded.

“Amanda has been a member of the Redrow South Wales sales team for over fifteen years and I’m sure all colleagues would join me in saying that she is fully deserving of this year’s award. Amanda has assisted hundreds of customers to move in to Redrow homes across South Wales and it shows in the customer feedback we receive that Amanda goes above and beyond to ensure all of our customers have a positive home-buying experience.”
