“There is a significant demand for Grade A, high-quality office space in Cardiff and this multi-million pound refurbishment is already attracting a lot of interest in the marketplace.”

Rhomco project managed the refurbishment of Centre 7.

Ben Howard, Director at Rhomco said:

“It’s been a pleasure to work on such a prestigious project. The refurbishment has been carried out to the very highest standards and specifications, so this prime office building situated at the gateway to Cardiff is sure to attract a lot of attention.”

Andrew Bolt, director of Cardiff Gate International Business Park, said:

“As we mark a quarter of a century at the business park, we also recognise the importance of continuing to invest in our facilities. This transformation has thoroughly refreshed the site and really makes the most of our great location.”
