Executive search specialist, Mike Lee, and co-founders of Yolk Recruitment Dale Williams and Duncan Powell have launched a new executive search company.

The new headhunting business, called City Executive Search, aims to help organisations fill critical executive roles to drive business growth.

Headed up by Mr Lee, the firm provides executive search services to organisations across the UK in a range of sectors including financial services, information technology, fintech, human resources, sales and marketing.

Based in London and Cardiff, City Executive Search will work with organisations across the UK to identify and place the very best executive talent.

Mr Lee, former managing director of Executive Search firm Robert Half, has 22 years of recruitment experience working with everything from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies.

After beginning his career in Financial Services, he spent 15 years within Executive Search where he has helped to identify and appoint C-level and senior-level roles for global brands across a range of sectors.

    Mr Lee said:

“Finding the right executive talent is vital for businesses operating in an increasingly global and competitive environment.

“Through my experience delivering executive search services for global organisations, I know the importance of identifying the very best talent and placing candidates in roles where they can maximise their potential and drive strategic objectives.

“Using my knowledge of the UK recruitment market, my passion for identifying talent and my insight into client and candidate needs, I am looking forward to helping organisations across the UK find the right people to drive their success.

“I am extremely pleased to be working with Dale and Duncan, whose wealth of experience in the recruitment field and ideas have been instrumental in launching this new business”

Dale Williams, CEO of Cardiff-based recruitment firm Yolk said:

“Having built and managed a successful recruitment business for a decade, I know that finding and retaining the right talent is the key to building competitive advantage.

“With extensive experience and a thorough understanding of the market, I’ve gained an appreciation of clients’ needs and what it takes to achieve success through a strong team.

“Both Duncan and I are looking forward to working with Mike to grow City Executive Search’s footprint in the marketplace, and to helping businesses and candidates achieve their full potential.”
