Promotional products supplier PA Promotions has purchased a warehouse on the Capital Business Park in Wentloog, Cardiff.

The company has acquired the 2,793 sq ft Unit Q1 on a 950 year lease for £175,000 from vendor AMUSF Property Limited, which was advised in the transaction by property consultancy Knight Frank.

Rachael Brown of Knight Frank in Cardiff said: “The end-of terrace warehouse unit has offices on two floors and proved ideal for PA Promotions’ requirements.”

PA Promotions was formed in 1981 and provides branded promotional items – including pens, mugs, stationery, bags and umbrellas – to clients including the Welsh Government, Thomson Reuters, Wales and West Housing Association, and the Welsh Blood Service.

Tom Worland, MD of PA Promotions commented: “This move marks the start of a great period of growth for us as a business. The combination of office space, showroom and warehouse is perfect for our needs and the needs of our customers. We have made a significant investment to make sure it is an inviting environment for our team to work in and for our customers to visit to discuss marketing ideas.”

Rachael Brown added: “Capital Business Park is a popular business location to the east of Cardiff with a number of local and national occupiers within the area. In recent years both Aldi and DPD have constructed purpose-built warehousing facilities in the area.”
