Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market Pentre Farm, a rural site with the potential to create an exclusive high-end lifestyle retreat.

The site has lapsed planning permission for the development of luxury accommodation, food and beverage offerings, and spa facilities, nestled within a unique spot in the South Wales countryside.

The site offers the potential for a new owner to develop a premium rural retreat, with a range of uses from holiday lets, hotel stays, spa days, retreats, weddings and private functions.

Sam Roberts, Senior Agent at Christie & Co, commented, “Pentre Farm offers an exciting opportunity to take on a medieval farm and bring it back to life. Lapsed planning was obtained by the current owner to create a fabulous high-end hotel and spa facility, but life and time got in the way, and it is now ready to be handed on to the next custodian who has the energy and vision this site requires. The farm offers not only an opportunity for hospitality trade but also scope to become a very special residential home once again, subject to planning permission. Along with the bonus of securing 15 acres with the farm, it’s a site not to be missed.”

Pentre Farm is on the market with an asking price of £1,200,000.
