Keith Blannin has been sentenced to four and a half years imprisonment for intent to supply class A drugs.
Detective Constable Jonathan Evans stated, “On the 29th of March 2023 at approximately 10pm, officers stopped a vehicle that was travelling on the M50 motorway towards South Wales, due to the manner of its driving. Upon speaking to the driver, officers noticed bags within the front passenger footwell containing what appeared to be a number of packages that resembled controlled drugs.
A search of his vehicle was then conducted and officers recovered what was later confirmed to be 6kg of Class A Cocaine.”
The driver, Keith Blannin aged 53 from Cardiff, was arrested and has since been sentenced to 54 months imprisonment.
