Cardiff-based video production agency Rockadove has grown its video and motion graphics service further with three experienced video content producers joining the company as it continues to bring its ethos of creativity to clients.

As an experienced video editor and motion graphics artist, Carrie-Anne brings her knowledge of commercial and promotional content, as well as programme editing to Rockadove’s growing service offer. She will focus on providing clients with animated and mixed-media content.

Matt Smith comes from the world of sport, having worked as a video journalist and assistant producer for four years, with time spent working with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) to build and strengthen the brand of the WTA tour and its players. Matt brings a diverse range of skills, from filming and video editing, which will give clients the ability to create strong video content.

Having worked in the charity sector for a number of years, Chris James, is an experienced video producer who knows how to maximise a creative brief on a shoe-string budget and will bring innovative ideas that will inspire Rockadove’s clients.

Lloyd Morgan, managing director for Rockadove, said:

“We have experienced fantastic growth over the last 18 months. It’s fantastic to be welcoming three experienced professionals to the Rockadove family as we continue to extend our services to meet the needs of our expanding client portfolio.

“Video content, especially motion graphics and animations have become incredibly popular and we are one of the only video production agencies locally to offer this in-house, alongside traditional filming projects. Their knowledge and experience will be invaluable to develop this side of the business further.

“2019 is our tenth year in business and we have lots planned to both celebrate and to grow Rockadove to the next level. Carrie-Anne, Matt and Chris join us at an exciting time.”

Carrie-Anne commented: “I’m delighted to be joining the Rockadove team and I am looking forward to getting involved with the filming projects that are lined up for this year.”

Matt added: “Having worked in London for a few years, it is great to come home to Wales to work and Rockadove was the standout choice. 2019 is going to be an exciting year of client projects and I’m looking forward to producing some fantastic videos.”

Chris said: “I’m really looking forward to working on more creative productions, as Rockadove has a great client base and I hope to bring some fresh ideas that will see us create some really fantastic videos this year.”
