An intrepid team of 22 colleagues from Savills Cardiff completed the Abergavenny 3 Peaks Challenge in September, raising more than £3,600 for its 2026 charity partner, The Wallich.
The route takes in Blorenge, Sugar Loaf and Skirrid Fawr, covering about 38 kilometres with elevation gain up to 1,425 metres. Alongside a bake sale, World Cup sweepstake and Six Nations fantasy rugby competition, Savills Cardiff has raised over £4,200 so far this year.
Katie Killoran from The Wallich said: “We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at Savills who took part in the Abergavenny Three Peaks challenge. Every mile walked and every pound raised will help The Wallich continue supporting people affected by homelessness across Wales. Thank you for your fantastic effort and ongoing support.”
Jonathan Latham, head of Savills Cardiff, said: “The Abergavenny 3 Peaks Challenge was a fantastic team achievement and, most importantly, helped raise valuable funds for The Wallich and the incredible work it does supporting vulnerable people across Wales. We are hugely grateful for the support we received from colleagues, clients, friends and family.
“For all colleagues to jointly tackle Sugar Loaf in very windy conditions and then for over half of the team to complete the full 3 Peaks in nearly 12.5 hours was a tremendous effort.”
