The team behind A Dog’s Trail, the eight-week Snoopy sculpture trail in Cardiff, Caerphilly and Porthcawl, is inviting visitors to join the pack for a final time after they head out of South Wales on Sunday 5th June.

All 40 of the large painted Snoopy sculptures from A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy will go on show together – for the first and only time – at Cardiff City Hall Lawn as part of the Farewell Weekend from 17th-19th June.

It will be the last chance to see all the large Snoopy sculptures together before heading off to their forever homes at auction to raise money for Dogs Trust.

The mini Snoopy sculptures will be returned to the schools and groups which decorated them.

Anna Davies, Corporate Development Manager at Dogs Trust, said:

“A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy has been a wonderful way to get people out and about this spring and has brought so much joy to trail-goers big and small.

“Whether you’ve been a trail regular and want to bid your favourite farewell, or are yet to meet our pack, the Farewell Weekend is a perfect way to help send-off the Snoopy sculptures in style, and raise money for a good cause, helping dogs across Wales.

“It’s going to be fantastic to see all 40 of our Snoopy sculptures together at City Hall Lawn and we hope to see you there!”

Tickets are now available for the Farewell Weekend, with visitors able to book 45-minute slots to see the sculptures. Tickets are £5 for adults, £4 for concessions and £3 for children aged three to 15, while under threes go free. Family tickets for two adults and two children are available for £12.50. Proceeds from the Farewell Weekend will raise funds for Dogs Trust, which has rehoming centres in Cardiff and Bridgend, to help the charity continue to care for thousands of dogs every year whilst they wait to find new loving families and homes.

The sculptures will be auctioned at a special event at the Coal Exchange on 21st June to support the work of Dogs Trust.
