A man from Swansea has been jailed after attempting to supply crack cocaine.

29-year-old Jack Arran, from Morriston, was arrested on January 31, 2025, having been found in possession of the Class A drugs cocaine and crack cocaine.

A mobile phone in Arran’s possession was later found to be linked to a drug line which was already under investigation.

On March 3, he pleaded guilty to possession and possession with intent to supply Class A substances, and also to acquiring criminal property.

He has been sentenced to 40 months in prison.

    Detective Sergeant Heather Southway said:

“Jack Arran was involved in peddling some of the most harmful of drugs into our communities, and due to this sentence, his involvement has fortunately come to an end.

“This case is yet another reminder to those involved in the illegal drug trade – you will be caught, and you will be brought to justice.”
