The finalists for the Swansea Sports Awards 2025, in association with Freedom Leisure, have now been confirmed.

With 15 categories to consider, the panel of judges faced a challenging task in shortlisting so many exceptional nominations, each demonstrating notable contributions to the Swansea sporting community.

Celebrating Swansea athletes, coaches, volunteers and teams, the awards will take place at a prestigious ceremony at the Brangwyn Hall on 2 April 2026.

Councillor Andrew Stevens, Cabinet Member for Environment & Infrastructure at Swansea Council said: “Every year, the Swansea Sports Awards remind us just how much talent, dedication and community spirit we have across our city.

“The 2025 shortlist showcases individuals and teams who inspire us all, whether through outstanding performance, tireless volunteering or a commitment to helping others thrive. We’re incredibly proud of every nominee, and we look forward to celebrating their achievements at the upcoming ceremony.”
