Team Metalogic announces plans for continued growth over the next year, including the introduction of 5 new jobs and the launch of a new client portal.

Based in Caerphilly, South Wales, Team Metalogic has been providing high-quality IT support to UK businesses since 2005. Now, just past their 15th year anniversary, the company announces plans to expand. By creating new jobs in the IT industry, the company hopes to play their part in rebuilding the Welsh economy.

In 2021, Team Metalogic are expanding their team, recruiting an additional 5 team members. The company plans to increase their service desk support by 50% in order to provide clients with the best service possible.

These new roles play a vital part in the company’s growth, allowing the company to continue delivering a high-quality and people-oriented service to their clients.

While the company is focusing on growing their team and expanding their business, they are still committed to helping their staff learn and grow. As a people-oriented company, Team Metalogic sees the importance of investing in their current employees in order to grow and develop the business.

Mike Parfitt, founder and CEO of Team Metalogic, comments:

“Our plans to increase our service desk team represents that we are both determined to contribute to the welsh economy, and that we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best support possible.”

“We also recognise how important it is to invest in our existing employees, as well as recruiting new team members. At Team Metalogic, we prioritise training and professional development for our staff. That’s what helps us grow as a business, and keeps our team engaged and passionate about what they do.”

In addition to expanding the team, Team Metalogic is launching a new and improved client portal in order to provide a better level of service to their clients.

The upgraded portal will provide clients with a real-time overview of not just their IT estate, but also allow clients to view their technology roadmap as a fluid plan, as well as access helpful documents, e-learning courses, cyber-security training and keep their IT organised. Clients are also able to log requests for service or support 24/7, view the status of existing or previous requests, and access the company’s knowledgebase.

    Mike Parfitt comments:

“Providing top-quality service to our partners is at the heart of what we do at Team Metalogic. And so, to make sure our partners receive the best service possible, we’ve updated our online portal for all their IT needs. This allows our partners to access help, support, training, and host all of their IT documentation in one place.”
