The Welsh Fitness Expo is incredibly excited to announce the inaugural Welsh Fitness Expo 2022.

The Welsh Fitness Expo will be held on Saturday July 2nd at The All Nations Centre – Cardiff. With over 2,500 people expected to attend. The Welsh Fitness Expo will be the “Fitness Event” of the summer.

Celebrating the best in sports nutrition, fitness clothing, fitness equipment, bodybuilding, gym accessories and much more. The Expo will also play host to the inaugural Welsh Fitness Classic (Bodybuilding Show).

Wales’s very own World’s Strongest Woman Rebecca Roberts and UK’s Strongest Man Gavin Bilton will be making guest appearances amongst a host of other fitness and sporting celebrities. There will also be two powerlifting world record attempts from Dafydd Humphries and Natalie O’Shea.

Wesley Skene founder of the Welsh Fitness Expo said, “Wales is perhaps the biggest fitness community in the UK, if not Europe. The fitness industry is Wales’s undiscovered economic giant with hundreds of thousands of people each week working out. We’re expecting a huge crowd to what will become an annual event.”
